An outing organised by the RC committe..to go CNY shopping...
and on board the bus...i realised i was literally the youngest...
mmm..i texted hubby "i'm in a bus full of aunties and uncles!!!"
then again...i've mummy & daddy with me..so @ least the whole trip is not too boring i hope...
1st stop - Buy BAK KWA !!
:you see the ppl jostling to try the sample..and as for dad & i, we decided to pop next door a nice warm "tau-huay"...=)

2nd stop - Buy FLOWERS!!
: lovely flowers beaming at you..and you will be very tempted to buy the one with the fullest bloom...then again, one of the aunties will remind Not to do soo....cos by CNY, all the flowers will wither...so off we go..to choose the pot which has the most flower buds....mmmmm.....hope that they will bloom in time =)


3rd Stop : Buy noodles , sauces & dried stuff
4th Stop : Buy MORE BAK KWA...
5th Stop : Buy MORE CNY goodies, "nien gao" etc etc..
by 3rd stop..i was sooo exhausted...the weather is soooo humid...and since i dun cook that much..all the dried stuff and so din interest me too much.. have to buy in bulk & store them...mmm..i'm just afraid that by the time i use them..they would have turned moudly..opppsss...
Here's what Mummy & i bought...!!! gosh!!!
(i.e. 2 pots of plants..and dun know how many bottles of sauces and how many packets of goodies)

Here's my purchases.... the highlight of the trip was when we visited the factory that produces this fantastic sauce called "Chilli King" + the yummy "Yee Mee".
I've tried & bought it a couple months back..but couldn't find it eversince (or rather..i have not cooked for quite a while..=p)
To me....this is the best sauce that you use to fry yummilicious noodles / rice..Sedap...i like =)

..& another highlight of the trip was when i saw an old couple holding hands, simple watching out for each other...i'm a sucker for this... i just melt....i wanna hold your hand till the end of time...mmmmm
