Always a Fighter

Read on Sunday Times (Apr 23rd) on the article on Joan Chen.. she's only 19 & is now battling the final stages of tongue cancer..Lotsa emotions ran thru me..recalled my aunt's battle with cancer, on how she fought so hard each day and yet keeping a positive attitude and reassuring us that she's fine..but deep down I know that she's in pain and she is fighting soo hard to keep alive for just one more day..one more day to spend with her loved ones..

many a times..we take things for granted.. time just passes.. when it's monday, we wish that it's Fri.. and when it's the weekend..we just wish that mon never comes..

Joan's last blog entry said "I will not give up till the very end..." To us, when is the finishing point? do we wait till the end b4 we cherish wat we hav?Let's live each day to the fullest..give hope to others..help whereever we can..give than receive..bring smile to someone else..treasure your frens & family..be positive and be happy..=)

Sincerely sendin my prayers to Joan..that she will recover soon..that she will win this battle and live happily & healthily..to motivate the young cancer patients that there is hope and to be a fighter....

Wei Lian's Concert

yups...we are gg to watch WeiLian's Debut concert at Max pavilion....ppl were like asking me..."ee..why you spend this kind of $$..blah..blah.." but I dun care..I know this a concert that will be different and definately one that can touch many hearts .... =)

itz Nacho's bday (Apr 19th)!! Just turned 3 ( in human life span.. it would be 21 years old.. key to freedom !!)..and we are planning a surprise PARTY for him !!!
i know this sounds silly....but wat to do..he's the prince in the family and anything in relation to him requires TOP priorty !! No appt can be made and the whole family (yes..i'm not kidding.. and that includes my hubby and rin's bf) to be home for dinner...

bought a cake for him ...see.. soo lovely rite =0) its apple yogurt flavour from "Muchies Cafe".. cost ard $28..(no joke huh)
