Our little girly outing

my cousin called and asked for feedback for 'my secret garden"... as i was rattling off the pros & cons and my 2 cents worth of comments... i tried to remember other nice places for dinner.. and somehow or rather.. wild rocket came next in mind.. then it dawned on me that all these are places which i've been... hanging out with the citi or rather.. ex citi gals.. heee...
we have grown from beers to wine.. and learn to chill chill chill....
though nt able to attend most of the little girly gatherings.. but each has never failed to end on a high note.. and cramped face.. all those giggling.. laughing... and shreaking....makes one feel really happy to have found a group of oh-so-different-kinda-character & background indiv to come together to enjoy the same joke, a good laugh..a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on........

tucked in a little corner.. around bugis.. this secret garden opens up to another cozy place to hang out...for more laughs and of cos more pics...

Really a cool place @ this little restaurant @ Mt Emily.. nice, cozy ambience, interesting menu & a whole load of noise from this bunch of crazy little princesses.. oppss..

Looking forward to tomolo's outing @ Muse.. gonna have crazy fun !! and many more to come...

~Little snip-snaps updates of the happenings b4 & after our trip ~
{LOST & FOUND} ~ 2 days before our trip..dar looked really gloomy on our way to work... after much prompting.. he said " I lost my wedding band... i dunno where i dropped it...."
I stood still ..dunno how to react.. to be sad / angry... the rest of the journey was kinda silent...e ring fitted perfectly when we bought it...somehow.. his fingers "shrunk" and it will slip off his fingers quite easily these days..mmmm.....
e nite b4 our trip...as i was abt to enter the washroom..something caught my eyes...kneeled down and took a closer look... "DAR dar... i found it... i found it!!" yesh.. its the wedding band...a big relief..a big hug and a big smile c",) we decided to put it back to the box and prob getting it resized on our next trip to HK... or prob get a new set to renew our vows.. hahhaha....a good nite rest and we are flying off the next day.......*phew*

{BABY IAN... OHH SOO ADORABLE}~ e day after our trip...after finishing updating our wonderful BKK trip...called up ah fen.. and realised that Lyn is on leave (cos baby ian needs to go for his jab)...yippee.. have nt been seeing him for a loonngg time.. quick quick, finish up my stuff and off to e East to see my nephew (biao-zi-er)
got a little bday cake for Lyn..(in advance) c",)

ohhh..sleeping also have to pose ya.... soo playful too. really makes our heart melt.....

Baby ian was busy talking to uncle rick for abt 6 mins.... sooo tired liaoz... zzzzzzzzzzzz

Our room for the next 3 nites.. pretty decent & it's a steal!! only $58 per nite!! (cheap cheap ver-ler-li good !)

Taking the BTS.. 1st stop : Siam Paragon...

e Thais are soo creative.. look @ how they present the salads & the cakes!( too pretty to be eaten)

Next Stop : Central World...soo many shops.. and many restaurants with innovative interior designs!!

wow.. look at this.. dog beds on display.. doggies are sooo "xin-fu" woah....

Dinner @ Coca..how can u resist the Coca steamboat + their special chilli !! "Sedap!!"
This is just the first day.... (*psst* inside the zeN paper bag are my prized inner possessions.. hahahhaa)

~ Chatuchak Weekend Market*Pratunam Market*MBK*Siam Center~

Do what the locals do.. travel by TUK TUK for an experience.... we are off to the weekend market !!

Yesh.. thru sheer coincidence, we found this place that michelle recommended.. "Hao Chi"!!
cutesy puppies on sale !! Really amazed with the things that they sell there !!
heee..quick, i have no hands.. i need help !!!
and we found this shop that sells these glasses that can be found @ mini Toons.. and over there it cost only abt $4.50...mmmmmm
Resting our tired feet and feeding ourselves @ a little cafe in Chatuchak....

This is just our buys from Chatuchak !! Dar decided to change into his new shorts & sandles and we are off to Pratunam Market for ....... more shopping !!!
Really hot at the Pratunam market... and guess wat, at this ulu shopping centre beside the market, i found this store that sells very nice jewellary.. i bought like 12 necklaces and 4 ear rings there !!(the lady even exports them to Italy, Spain, USA, HK and S'pore !)
w e recommendation of my cousin, we headed to Country Road Fashion (just opp the lobby of Indra Regent Hotel) to have Dar tailor some shirts.. look @ the delight on his face.. now he has a ref#, so in future, he can order online...(looks like we need more wardrobe space !)

Dinner @ MBK... and more shop-hopping at Siam Center

remembered Grace recommending a massage place..but couldn't seem to locate it @ the last trip.. this time, we happened to chance upon it @ Siam Square(the logo caught my eyes!!) Really MUST-GO.. cost 500 baht (per person, which is abt $22.50) and you will get to enjoy 1 hour of ultimate oil massage + thai massage.. for us, we got the couple room..wow.. $45 for 2 person.. good deal!!
i just loved his back-view.. kinda cool..*pengz*

@ 200Baht(abt $9) pretty good deal for menicure with exquisite nailart c",)
Finally back at e hotel.. enjoying a nice cocktail & banana split... mmm.. isn't this wat a holiday is all abt... ultimate indulgence!!.. ahhhhhh
