Lotsa bday this month ya....went to Turf City ~ Owen Seafood restaurant to celebrate my paternal grandma's 77th bday!

Booked a room so that we can accomodate 3 tables + karaoke..Here's my aunt having their own mini concert =)

Received a sms at 2.15am.... "The babe girl is 3.15kg" ~ from Bernard... yippee..Little Jiaxin is born! she is the pride & joy of Bernard & Delise ~ their first baby!

happy bday ah-gong

celebrated my ah-gong bday last week...he's 72 years old..hope his health turns for the better so that he can be spared frm all the needles..medicine..and can have the strength to move ard freely =)



specially ordered this "hainan kueh" (main ingredients~ coconut and ginger) its a must have when celebrating the elders bday..it signifies long life and in my mum's words "is to keep them with us for as long as we can"

saw this ittle kitten near my place..looking at me..as if telling me "can you bring me home..plsss" brought her home but received a disapproving bark from Nacho..and dad... hmph..have to bring her back to where we found her.. hope this little "meow meow" finds her home soon.....

abit long overdue..been bz wif work, with all e reviews & clean-up exercise..just too tired to stare at the computer when home.. let alone update my blog..jus a quick updates on the happenin last week..

wed (17th May)~ took a day leave and guess where we went ??? smethin very significant..a step closer to our own lovenest =) went to HDB for our 1st appt..excited..dunno wat to do..luckily e wait wasn't too long..met Tham & e seller..go thru docs and docs..sign here sign there..need to decide how many yrs to pay the loan..which insurance to take..100% or 50%..decisions and more decisions all within that short span of time.. tink thats the way how it is.. go thru the whole motion...if you dun ask.. then just take the normal package..dun try to be too varied..=p

after that..a more exciting event awaits us... b4 that, dar decides that since.. e we are gg to paragon, let's mit lilian for lunch..had a healthy toss of yong tau foo wif her and grace (at lucky plaza...yummy ! esp the meatballs !!)

next..next.. andana@orchard..here we come ! dar bought a day pass.. and wat do we get ??
1) Free Flow of food & drinks (tat was wat attracted him)
2) 45min massage or ear candling
3) Unlimited use of the hot steam bath, jacuzzi etc
4) Usage of lounge...where you can enjoy movies...read magazine.. or just simply indulge and relax...

enjoying ourselves after the massage.. we top-up to a 90mins massage..*thumbs up* no more 'knots' definately more refreshed.. thanks dar for tiz day of pampering

Our Little Date.........


well..well..had been sooo busy the last few weeks... hardly had time for each other...A phone call to my office :" Free tonight? wanna go for dinner...?" Looking at the piles of report...& the complain issues to handle..*sigh* but wat e heck...just go lah...5 mins later...."airport ?? how abt that?" mmmm...airport has always been one of our fav haunts... quick quick finish up all the emails.. my dar is fetching me today !! yippeee....

here we are.. @ Fish & company..one of my fav yum yum place...whoa, have not been toT2 for a while and boy.. soo many changes.. the fish & co here is NICE ! ambience, ppl..*thumbs up* plus the menu is slightly different from the rest... i like.....


for starters, we are having prawn and pasta salad... and here's my main course - New York Fish & Chips... finally something diff.. nt the usual seafood platter for two =p
see.he is simply enjoying his meal... jus like Nacho.. he is gg to lick off the pan.. eekkks...heee.. and here's me with the enormous "Big Fish Drink" (combination of pineapple & rambutans)

Last but not least... my hot choc from Pacific Coffee.. as we "admire" the experiment failures (from our famous air carriage)... oppz ..& of cos dreaming of my next trip... in July.. BUT.. will be gg to the Budget Terminal..oh noooo..must rem nt to wear short shirt..cos have to climb up the stairs to the plane one.....
