yesh.. that's my mummy =) she's a natural baker-chef.. just one look @ the recipe.. and she can whip out/bake a new cake perfectly.. mummy..why you never pass this talent to me???....mmmmm..i love to see her smile.. she brings joy to baking and cooking..she makes everything seem oh-so-easy..i can cook that as well..bringing her out for a meal can be a little headache sometimes...oppppsss....
This is what she did last weekend.. mini butter cakes..and cheese cake (her 1st time..and it's perfect..light & fluffy..that makes all of us go "wooo...wow....mmmm...."really fabulous..even my cousin's dad who dun eat cheese cake..gave his 2 thumbs up... mummy ..we are gg go-go-ga-ga over your new cake!!!)

2 sizes for the mini butter cakes...i prefer the smaller ones..cos i will feel less sinful..less guilty..hee

that was last weekend (08/09/07) ..dad's job will then be to deliver the cakes to grandma and aunties..and we will be left to eat the "not-so-nice ones"..."abit over burnt ones"...hee..luckily this time..its perfect..and we are enjoying the cakes..with a nice warm coffee....mmmm..this is how a weekend should be like =)
